Returns & Exchanges

At Just a moment..., we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
